Baby Blessing will be June 7 at 11:50 a.m. in our ward in Ephraim. Hopefully we'll be able to have a gathering at ma and pa's house in Moroni, but we'll post with more info on that.

- Though born in the heavily populated valley of San Bernardino, California, he moved to Central Utah in 1996 where he lived for three years. Next, his family's employment brought him to the small Sanpete valley where he first began his love for small-town life, nestled between pine and cedar covered hills and mountains. A love for the outdoors was the root of his passion for color and atmosphere. The deep greens of spring, dirty-ochres of summer, grayish-brown greens of fall, dry cold whites of winter, and deep umbers of early spring would soon make their way onto his pallete. Though passionate about landscapes, Heywood ironically spent his high school and college years obsessing over anatomy. It was here that his studies of the human body are rooted, still prevalent in his art today.
