Mud Bath

A while ago Kacie brought Christian outside while she was weeding our weed filled gutter. It had just rained so the weeds could easily be pulled out. Christian was busy entertaining himself. Kacie looked over to see Christian rubbing mud in his hair like it was shampoo. We were out there for two hours and Christian loved every minute of it. These are some photos taken after the mud bath.

Eric and Christian

Christian thinks Eric is really great. Christian has been trying to do all the things that Eric does. Just the other day Eric spit out the window of the shed as he was holding Christian the other day. He reached for the window as Eric was walking away. Eric went back to the window and Christian did the same. Here are some photos of them hanging out together.

Memorial Day

Christian and I went to the park in Moroni with Karleigh, Jadon, and Ethan. We layed out a blanket for our picnic. While we were eating Karleigh noticed that Ethan was not around. She looked at the playground and saw Ethan with a mischievous grin as if to say, "Look what I'm going to do..." ready to come down the slide. She got there just in time to catch him at the bottom. It must have been a good time because Christian zonked out in the wagon on the way home.

Later in the day Eric, Christian, and I had a campfire in Ephraim Canyon with our neighbors. We roasted hot dogs and visited. Christian loved playing in the dirt as usual.

Birthday Celebration

Christian was sick for his birthday and missed out on a birthday cake. Karleigh said we could share Ethan's. Christian ate the berries on top, then proceeded to smear whipped topping and cake all over the table and on himself. You can see videos of Christian and Ethan on Jim's facebook.

Days with Christian

Christian is now 1 year old! He likes to eat sticks, go for walks outside, as well as playing in the dirt. He can say a few words like ball, banana, peaches, mom, and dad. He gives hugs, waves goodbye and blows kisses. Here are a few pictures of his adventures!


It won't be long until these two start being mischievous together.Christian thinks Jadon is very cool. He tries to be just like him.
